Delayed payment and run around about verification forms


On 11/18/2018 I won $1,000, I submitted my request for withdrawal at this time. I also turned in all paperwork that was needed for withdrawal. I let 4 days go by and I hear nothing, so I jump online to check my account. I notice that the winnings were added back to my account, I checked the my account tab and saw that my withdrawal request was denied due to another form needed. I emailed them the form that same business day which was on 11/23/18. I let two weeks go by and nothing. At this point I am getting online on their chat service to see what is going on with my withdrawal. I was told on 12/19/2018 that they were still waiting for me to turn in my form, I advised them that the form was turned in on the 23rd of November and I provided them with the reference number. Once I provided them with the reference number the chat rep states oh they just haven't updated your account with it as of yet. On 12/19/18 same day I receive an email stating thank you for sending in your documents your account has been updated but in the meantime they declined again my withdrawal. I submitted another withdrawal request on 12/19/2018. I try to speak to a rep online but no one is available at this time. The site claims that someone is always available to chat 24/7 365 days a year. Unfortunately when it comes to paying out winnings the reps play a disappearing act. I would like for Planet 7 to just pay out my winnings as I will never play on their site again. Player be ware! If you are looking to play online steer clear of this casino.
