Delayed Payment AGAIN

Planet 7 is delaying processing my payment yet again. This has occurred 3 times previously. Tried contacting them through live chat is always but they are up to the same old tricks providing lame excuses.

I've just checked and I see that our processor confirmed your wire as being completed on their end on the 24th. I would expect at this point, that the funds have reached your account by now. Can you please confirm?
