Delayed Express withdrawal
I am trying to make a withdrawal with this casino. I have a new account with them, however, I submitted all required documents on 12 October, I requested an "express withdrawal" on 15 October. on 21 October they contacted me and requested I complete HooYu ID - So I completed AGAIN on 21 October. I contacted the casino on 26 October and was told they have received my documents (via chat) but I have emailed to follow up with no response. It has now been 2 weeks since I requested the "express withdrawal" and I still haven't received nor any communication of when I should receive. Please, can I have some help to follow this up? Thank you.
