Delay payment beyond casino stated policy

I am a regular player at this casino and never had a delay like this before. I submitted my withdrawal request on Dec 5th and it was approved on Dec 9th. Then they claimed it was sent to the payment processor on Dec 14th to a third party payment processor which they claim they have no control over. The site says that once approved payment would be made within 10 business days which would have made the payment due on Dec 19th. Now they say it is 10 days from the submission to the processor. That would have been Dec 14th. It is now Dec 31st and I am still not paid. They are telling me they are too busy to pay me. What? I requested $2355.00 by wire transfer. I am supposed to receive $2335.00 minus the $20 wire transfer fee. I just want to be paid.

I've checked on your account and I do see that our processor confirmed the wire was completed on 12/23. Can you please go back to your account and double-check for the payment? By now, you certainly should have received this.
