Delay of document verification
On Saturday 1/6/24 I submitted a withdrawal request I needed to verify a debit card. I was unable to verify the card so I emailed planet 7 to get assistance. I’ve sent an email for the past 2 days with no response. I’ve contacted the casinos customer chat and no success. I am trying to withdraw $300 and it’s been 2 days with no response and my request is just sitting there. Please help to get this resolved.
