Delay in paying my withdrawal request


On 8/June I got an email from planet7 casino saying I have my loyalty $300 chip waiting for me. So I redeemed it knowing the rules play through and X2 max cash = $600 well I completed the play through and played my balance down to $600 and to be able to request a withdrawal at planet7 u have to fill in all bank details which I did (even though iv made withdrawals here b4 ) and I’m a vip3 level player which means nothing apparently!!!

But their rules are 7-10 business days to be approved and 7-10 business days to be paid into my account but it been 39 business days now but back on 17/18 June I went to live chat and was served by Robert hart and he told me that I hadn’t given my bank details to them yet. Lol. And if I emailed him my bank details he promised me he would make sure this was paid straight away. So I emailed the details again and still nothing has happened.

I've received a note from our Payments Manager stating that we need an updated ID on file for you before this can be approved and paid (the ID we have on file expired on August 21st).

Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do to help with the shortfall. Again, please understand that we use third-party processors and as such, there may be conversion fees along the way--the casino cannot be held responsible for this.

On a side note, I've not yet received any email from you regarding your other account. Can you please just tell me what your username is with the other casino?
