I submitted my withdrawal on April 22nd, and since then I have been me with nothing but resistance from planet 7. Thye have used multiple excuses starting with they didnt have my personal and banking information, then they said there was another hold because of a deposit I made that had been put on hold by my bank, but the deposit was released that same day and planet 7 was using this as an excuse to not process my wirhdrawal almost two weeks after the fact. Now they are saying that they dont have my wire information, and they have completely denied my request and canceled my withdrawal. How could I have initiated a withdrawal for a wire and not provided all the wire information, its not a clever excuse nor is it amusing. I have met every request and given them more than they need to pay me. Its sad that they are still licensed and able to operate, when the internet is littered with complaints about them. They need to be stopped or properly regulated, this is blatant abuse.

First of all, thank you for simply creating a place where people like myself can voice there concerns/complaints about their experiences with online casinos, and most importantly help resolve a conflict that might not of happened otherwise.

In response to your last message, I am aware and respectful of AskGamblers.com's terms and guidelines and will happily update my complaint to resolved when I physically witness the deposit Planet 7 owes me be put into my checking account. I have read some other complaints here on AskGamblers.com that are directed towards Planet 7 and they have stated the Planet 7 approved and began to process their withdrawal but then found a reason to deny the withdrawal. I fully intend to update my complaint to resolved, once I see the deposit in my account, because I have no reason to trust planet 7, so far their word has been hollow (and Im not directing that at you Tawni, I appreciate your effort) but until this is actually done, and not just said its done, everybody can exercise a little patience as I have done for the last month. I will be checking my account frequently this week, when the deposit is made I will hold up my end of the bargain as promised. Thank you again,
