Confirmed Funds Were Sent, But Never Received

I have been talking to a Karen by email for months to complete my $100 bitcoin withdrawal, often going without a response from them for weeks. I have the email where they confirmed funds were sent when approved and my account history showing this deduction and approval. Still no funds or response or any way to contact someone.
