Complaint Withdrawal
I used a bonus with a max cashout of $100. I was told before I could cashout I need to finish playthrough of $1000 in total. On the 11/12 my playthrough was over $800 and was told I needed to complete it before I could withdraw.On the 13/12 I completed playthrough and even went to livechat to confirm whether playthrough was completed and it was confirmed. I then processed a withdrawal of $110 on the 13/12 inclusive of my $10 verification deposit. On the 14/12 my withdrawal was declined and stated I never completed playthrough but the agent could not see that playthrough was still there. but still refused to withdraw. I was given probabilities as to why such a withdrawal was declined but no evidence was found I still had playthrough even though casino claimed I did. In any event the casino removed $100 from my account and stated I never completed playthrough. But playthrough was completed and casino refused to give my $100 winnings back.
