Complaint Withdrawal

I used a bonus with a max cashout of $100. I was told before I could cashout I need to finish playthrough of $1000 in total. On the 11/12 my playthrough was over $800 and was told I needed to complete it before I could withdraw.On the 13/12 I completed playthrough and even went to livechat to confirm whether playthrough was completed and it was confirmed. I then processed a withdrawal of $110 on the 13/12 inclusive of my $10 verification deposit. On the 14/12 my withdrawal was declined and stated I never completed playthrough but the agent could not see that playthrough was still there. but still refused to withdraw. I was given probabilities as to why such a withdrawal was declined but no evidence was found I still had playthrough even though casino claimed I did. In any event the casino removed $100 from my account and stated I never completed playthrough. But playthrough was completed and casino refused to give my $100 winnings back.

Hi.if you have gone through the evidence you would have realized you had Paid Fred Welch another South African $100 also with a welcome chip but u failed to pay me my $100. So you cherry pick when and who to pay? Furthermore your information you provided is inaccurate, I won $60 only with my deposit of $11. ALBERT had already confirmed according to my evidence I needed to receive the $110 which you failed to pay initially. Your team blamed your decline for payment on many different reasons and you are now saying I wasn't suppose to get paid as according to your term, but your team paid $50 last week, is that an indication you also breached your own terms and conditions? If I do not receive my remaining $50 from you, I will open a case for breaching bonus terms and you could be liable for a fine.Alternatively we can put this matter to rest provided you pay my outstanding amount.

I've gone back through everything and it is clear that you were not eligible to withdraw from the free chip.

The funds you've received were issued based upon the funds you'd won with your verification deposit.

I'd like to be very clear on this: If you look at the complaints against our casino, we pay all withdrawals, provided there has been no fraud involved or any terms broken. We pay hundreds of thousands of dollars each week. Does it make any sense that we would not pay $100 in your case? It makes no sense, other than the fact that you were not eligible to receive the winnings from the free chip.

There is nothing further that I can do to assist you with this. I've forwarded the necessary evidence to AskGamblers management as proof that what I've stated is accurate.
