Challenges getting payment
I was asked to resubmit my complaint.
Once again I am having problems receiving a payment of $2500 from planet 7. I had made the deposit to play through bitcoin and requested that my payment come through bitcoin as well. But it would not let me enter my bitcoin address. When I contacted them they told me I would be paid by wire transfer and that the casino determines the best method of payment. I was then told I need to submit updated documents. Again, I was just paid out back in November which at that time they made me submit all of my updated documents as well. So I went ahead and sent it all in again. A week or so later the $2500 was back in account on Planet 7 as available amount to play on. I put it through again as a withdrawal request and contacted them once again. I was then told everything was ok and I just had to wait for the withdrawal. Then nothing happened and I contact them again and was told they need the documents . Which I resent again. This time I got an email back saying the emails were being blocked by the recipient. I tried contacting them again this time by submitting an email request on their site ( I normally do the live chat) and never hear back from them. I then reached someone on live chat who said they were escalating it. Once again, still no money. I have sent the documents countless times and am getting nowhere with them. Everytime I chat with someone it's a different story or they say I havent sent documents. I am beyond frustrated and am hoping you can help.
