Casino offline with no contact

I may have more complaints but currently just want to know what is happening with Planet7.

Yesterday (in the middle of a bonus no less) they went offline. Any attempt to reconnect with anything related to the casino was met with a dns error. Today any attempt brings back the (attached) name unrecognizable error.

I have no way to contact them. Makes me wonder about the $905.48 bankwire that was authorized on Sept 12th, that has not posted. (Blamed on overloaded processors) and the money I have on account.

I have been playing with them since they started.. It has been rocky at times... But issues have always resolved. Now I'm concerned they may have left the solar system.

I did recieve a payment today of $875. With the last few withdrawls there have been some new amounts/ fees removed that I dont understand and I will deal with them directly. I also hope that in the future they can get a bank wire processed faster then two months. I appreciate the more complete explaination Planet7 provided here. I believe their customer service people were limited in what they could reveal about the situation and therefore "unscheduled maintenance" was the reply. It was a bit nerve racking to have all possible contact with the casino spontaneously be gone from the internet. At least now I understand why.

Friday afternoon, our servers fell victim to cyber attacks. Our websites, casinos, emails and other assets were affected by this. Immediately, our IT's and security team began addressing this and by yesterday, 70% of our websites and casinos and some emails were back online. We've been working around the clock and hope to have everything resolved within the next 24 - 48 hours.

At the moment, I am simply responding to players to inform them of what has occurred. Later this week when I have full access to accounts, I'll be able to begin responding to players regarding their issues.

I'm sorry for the delay with this, but I will be in touch as soon as possible.
