Casino keeps giving excuses to not pay
On May 5, we won over $2000. withdrew of 2000 through coin draw. successful, in about 4 hours received.
Sat.. May 6th. won again over $2000 and tried to withdraw. found out coin draw has monthly. limit. So went Bitcoin. CASINO SAID at the most 7 to 10 business days. Friday=10 business days. I contacted support through chat. Chat said they are slow and to give it a few more days. So waited till Monday...was told it must be approved still, which takes 7 days, once approved Then waited for another 7 to 10 days buis..
So I asked what about the 2 weeks they just had.no response. so I wait. again..now they say there is a problem with the documents.. they already had, from the first withdrawal. The first 2 deposits of Bitcoin.. are the 2 days we won 2 @2000.00. mid-May bitcoin prices were high, so we used c.c.. 2 diff ones.
So now they want verification of these. One card has my name..the other has my wife.. they won't let it go now because it has my wife's name...but I'm on the account.. my card was being replaced at the time .. the same account... I've sent screenshots of the account. won't return my emails..
The 2 withdrawals were Bitcoin deposits and have already been in the withdrawal process for 2 weeks.. The other two deposits I made. 2nd one charged me $20.00 extra. international fees.. said they were international. gave me an email.. said to send in my documents that show the charge. I did.. no response.
In my last two deposits, I used coupons.. now this was with my accepted deposit and coupon. owe me about $500. in the promo I used.
