Casino access 'revoked' soon after requesting withdrawals totaling $7,000

I recently made a deposit for $50 at Planet 7 casino, with no bonus code.
I enjoy playing Video Poker slots with
no wagering requirements. After playing Video poker for awhile, I thought I’d try Plentiful Treasures and I hit the jackpot for around $5,500, I
Immediately went to cashier and submitted two withdrawal requests.
I was sent email with directions on what to do next with identity verification process & uploading documents they required. I turned it all in & was accepted with reference number. So with my credit balance I
continued playing the next two days, at which time I hit a Royal Flush for $2,000, and immediately repeated what I did before. So I had 2 withdrawals for $2,500 and one for $2,000 = $7,000.00, and I still had a credit balance to play on of around $900.00. Yesterday I went to log in and play for awhile, and it wouldn’t let me. So I sent email asking for assistance, instead I got an email telling me I’d been revoked. I got
very sick to my stomach, I know by law they aren’t allowed to do that, I’ve
read all of terms & conditions, and this isn’t the first time I’ve played online, but this is something that is definitely unacceptable. I’m a single mom with four daughters, and this was a real blessing for us. I’ve been diagnosed with malignant melanoma cancer and my girls and I believed this was the answer to our prayers. I appreciate anything you can help or provide me with someone who can, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi Tari--

We're not keeping any of 'your' money--your deposits are being refunded. We have rightfully closed your accounts and voided your winnings, as you've clearly violated our terms and conditions:

General Terms & Conditions for Membership

5. Only one real account per Player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details) will not be eligible to receive any winnings, and all withdrawals will be cancelled.

12. The Casino reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation may be credited to you, however, the Casino reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your casino account in any circumstances including:
a. If there is evidence to suggest that you have more than one active account for the Casino;

As already mentioned, your winnings have been voided and your deposits have been sent for refund. Please know that refunds can take up to a few months to be received, due to third party processing.

I've sent the necessary evidence to AskGamblers management as proof what I've stated is accurate.

Thank you for posting my complaint, I’m
praying things go well🙂. I’m looking forward to finding out the reason they
revoked me? I’ve been playing on this
website for over a year, with no problems, until I hit jackpots. Then get
blocked from your account with $900+
balance to play on. Can someone explain to me how any “business”, “company”, or “corporation”, is allowed
to do that? Accounts get closed all the time but any $ left in account is automatically credited back to the customer. Nothing gives them the right
to keep “Our” money. Good luck 🍀
