BTC withdrawal

Hello,

I requested 4 BTC withdrawals, one on 2/22, 2/28 and two on 3/1 of 2024. Normally, it takes 5-7 days to review and about 7-10 days to pay the funds. I’ve been a customer for a couple of years now, and I’ve always withdrawn using BTC, and I’ve never had any issues besides very slow payout. The first request which was submitted on 2/22/2024 wasn’t paid until 3/21/2024, and I received it on my BTC address on 3/22/2024, which was a month later. I understand being patient, but waiting a whole month is wrong, especially when my account is verified and all of my documents are in good order. So I’ve sent several emails requesting that my account be reviewed faster, because the waiting period starts all over for each withdrawal, so if the first one was paid 3/27, that means that the date for the withdrawal on 2/28 will now start it’s up to 20 day waiting period. It's not my fault that the casino was delayed, and now that delays every withdrawal. I’ was first told I would be paid within a few days, and then I was told today that my account is not eligible for BTC deposits. As I stated, I’ve used my BTC address for withdrawals with no problems. And I even received a deposit on 3/22/2024, so I don’t understand what happened.

My issue has been resolved. Thank you so much Twani for the quick response and follow up. I wish I could have spoken to you sooner. I received my full payment today, via wire. Please work on the communication with customer service, I contacted the chat yesterday and I was told my payment was denied, as if they are just programmed to tell people bad news. He told me my payment was denied before even reviewing my account. Anyway, I am all set. Please close this complaint as Resolved and Paid. Thank you

I certainly understand your frustration with this, however, your winnings will need to be paid via bank wire.

In order to have your payments issued, we will need to receive your wire details, along with a copy of your current bank statement. I've attached a copy of our wire form, as well as my email address for you to use. As soon as I receive everything, I'll arrange for your payments to be issued without delays.
