Last Year a win BIG money on Planet 7 casino, over 117,000 dólares on December. After playing a while I decide to withdraw.
I have 46 withdrawals of $2500, only 1 was approved back on Jan 29, 2021 but still never received. Nothing else was approved.
So since December 16, 2020 not much happened on my account. I am afraid if not getting paid, I need your help to get my money.

Here are the most recent payments issued:
11/19 Paid $2500 + no Service Fee for transaction #185526601. Our processor confirmed the payment was completed that same day, so you should have the funds in your account already.
11/23 Paid $2500 + no Service Fee for transaction #185745166. Our processor confirmed the wire was completed Wednesday, so I would expect the funds should be in your account today or Monday (if not already).
11/25 Paid $2500 (0.04268583) + no Service Fees Bitcoin transaction #185899537
Your next approval will be sorted on the 30th with the payment being issued within a day or two following.
Now on another note...
I rarely ask a player to close a complaint when there are still outstanding withdrawals. As I explained on October 26th, due to the length of this complaint, there are issues with the page timing out when I'm uploading information. I've been in touch with AskGamblers to see if there was a way to manage this complaint, but unfortunately, there is not.
While I understand you are still waiting on more payments, I've asked you a few times previously if this could be closed. Each time your response has been the same, with you saying can we please keep this open a bit longer.
Since I first received your complaint, I have been absolutely consistent in making sure your payments are issued as they should be. I don't believe I've let you down at all. You already have my email address (you've contacted me via email on several occasions and I've always responded) and AskGamblers management have confirmed this complaint can be re-opened at any time should your remaining withdrawals go unpaid. I'm more than happy to email you weekly with news on your remaining payments and pending withdrawals--I'm just once again, asking that this complaint be closed. It's just too difficult at this point to continue responding in this format.
I sincerely hope you will reconsider closing this complaint. If you are willing to do so, I will make sure to email you weekly until the balance of the payments are issued (this should take 5 weeks at this point).
