Being told to cancel withdrawal and resubmit it after four months
I submitted a withdrawal request May 4. They have verified all of the required documentation was submitted on May 29th. They claim their payout department is overwhelmed with payouts and that's the reason for the delay. Now they are claiming I need to cancel the withdrawal and resubmit everything because the paperwork is only valid for 3 months. In other words, start the clock over. I never received an email about this, it took my checking in every 3 weeks to find this out (that my paperwork was "expired".
