I apologize for the frustration you've been experiencing with this.
I've reviewed your account and I do see that your payment was already sorted: 5/27 Paid $857.5 + $12.50 Service Fee for transaction #154560111. Our processor was a bit on the slow side, however, it was confirmed the wire was completed on 6/18. With this in mind, I would expect you'll find the funds in your account today or tomorrow (if not, already).
If you've not received the wire in the next day or so, please let me know.
