Bad business
I have been waiting since February 15th since my first withdrawal. I have another withdrawal request on February 20th and also still pending. No one in customer service have answers. All they say is they apologize for the delay and they will escalate my request. Please all I want is for my rightful winning to be processed in a timely manner because the verification process was a nightmare that took months of back and forth. I deposit regularly but I refuse to keep playing if I cannot redeem my winnings.
Please help me.
