Back and forth for a week with constantly being asked to wait 5 days
It has been multiple days since I tried to withdraw my money I won. I have been in livechats with planetsupport FOR HOURS. I have been reluctant to make a report here but the final straw was when after sitting in queue for livechat support for approximately 2 hours and after explaining my problem to support, they closed the chat window without a single response. So much and back and forth just for 100$.
To my knowledge at the moment the following details are valid and through.
- Funds are cleared for payout rectified and given the ok by support via livechat✔
- Bonus turnover cleared given the ok by support via livechat✔
- Account verification cleared given the ok by support via livechat✔
They told me I should be able to request a withdrawal at their withdraw page but all I see is this with no payout options (image in attached files )
Do not I have already contacted support about this issue on multiple occasions but the only response they give is "please wait for document review team to enable withdrawal, it might take 24 hours" ) <
It has been 3 days now still no activation, still no payout methods available.
Yesterday they told me to just send my payout details to their email which I already did which is payments@casinosupportcenter.com. Although I wanted to withdraw in BTC they insisted I have to send my BTC wallet and bank wire details which does not make sense. < but I sent it anyways.
Fast forward 24 hours, I'm back sitting in livechat with them telling me to wait longer.
I believe the only solution to resolve the problem is through the ASKGAMBLERS platform. I will be hoping to resolve this asap as it has been a week after verification is done, after fund cleared for payout, but no money has been sent, and little to no resolution has been given by the planet7 support team.
