Avoiding my payment
This is my 2nd withdrawal request since playing this Casino in recent months. I am verified from a previous withdrawal in July - although that was a nightmare as well. The verification process took nearly 2 months! Each time you send something it takes several days to get reviewed and re-requested for a clearer form or jpeg. As for the current withdrawal request I cashed out on 9/8/2020 for 900 following meeting play-thru requirements. Shame on me for giving the casino the benefit of doubt after the run-around I got the first time. The SLA is 7 business days for approval. After several live chats telling me it will happen soon I've attempted to contact the VIP manager and have received no response other than an auto reply stating I need to wait 5 business days just for a response. I'd be happy to wait if it was not already 15 business days gone by. Please assist! Thank You!
