Approved withdrawal not paid


Have not paid me for a $400 win AFTER the withdrawal was approved. They claim there is a document issue but refuse to answer my emails and let me know what the issue is. They are just refusing to pay an approved deposit and answer my email inquiries. They just don’t pay out and still owe $400 on approved withdrawal.

Actually, the 'why' regarding the deactivated account stems from an email you sent to your VIP host, on December 6th. It was quite colorful, to say the least. ;-)

Per the email you sent me, Friday, I've sent a query to our manager to see if your account can be re-opened. I hope to have an answer on this in the next day or so.

Last but not least is the good news, which you're already aware. Your withdrawal was issued to your wallet, Friday: 1/17 Paid $400 (0.04549558) + NO Service Fee Bitcoin for transactions # 147874668.
