Approval of $7,410 withdrawals being delayed


Askgamblers,

Since 6/1/19 I have 3 pending withdrawals for the amount of $6160 minus bonuses and one approved withdrawal for $1250 for a total of $7410. I resubmitted my withdrawal documents on 6/1/19 and received an e- mail that it was received. Since then i was told it was escalated 3 times already and two days ago Johnny Peterson from live chat told me i need to send a copy of my passport because it looks like i was not born in the us and bank info for my wire transfer. I send them 3 times first one Johnny send me the wrong e-mail address to send it 2nd time check with him in 20 minutes and he still did not get it. #rd time it was Johnny D who i chat with and he said i need a document from the embassy that shows i can stay in the US. I got pissed and told him I send a copy of my passport, utility bill and ca. drivers license im a us citizen and want to talk to his supervisor. He changed his mind and said a passport will be sufficient .They keep delaying the approval /payment and keep me going round and round with verifications. I just want to get paid, so once more i need Askgamblers/tawni for help

We would also like to use the occasion and suggest to player to submit new complaint against the casino in question, in case something goes wrong with their outstanding payments which were not part of the current complaint.

Hi Renato--

Your last withdrawal (pertaining to this complaint) was sent off to our processor, yesterday: 9/17 Paid $2200 + No Service Fee for transaction #141385843. I would expect this will reach your account towards the beginning of next week.

I see you do have new withdrawals and these are still within the normal time frames. Because these are not delayed, I'd like to ask that we close this complaint. I'll continue to follow your new withdrawals to ensure they're being sent off as they should be--and of course, you can always drop me an email with any concerns.

You know I'll always look out for you. ;-)
