Almost a month, and no sign of any of my withdrawals
I have been a player with Planet 7 Casino for some time now. I generally love it. And I'm a VIP player. But it always seems to lack in the customer service and withdrawal departments. I honestly haven't received a timely withdrawal- EVER from this casino. My average wait has been a month, which is unacceptable and completely not disclosed within its FAQ or TOS.
On 7/21/18 I submitted a Check Withdrawal Request in the amt of $906.48.... On 7/27/18 $750.00 was approved from the requested amount and they removed the bonus. (No problem).
On 7/24/18 I submitted a Check Withdrawal Request in the amt of $220.00 .... On 08/04/18 it was approved for the amount of $200 after casino removed their fees.
On 7/26/18 I submitted a Check Withdrawal Request in the amount of $1044.91 ... On 08/04/18 it was approved for the amount of $900 after Casino removed their bonus.
On 7/28/18 I submitted a Check Withdrawal Request in the amount of $1037.10... On 8/13/18 it was approved for the amount of $885.00 after Casino removed bonus.
On 7/30/18 I submitted a Check Withdrawal Request in the amount of $989.61... On 8/13/18 it was approved for $837.00 after Casino removed bonus.
On 7/31/18 I submitted a Check Withdrawal Request in the amount of $550.87... This has not been processed/approved to date yet. It is pending.
On 08/02/18 Submitted a Check Withdrawal Request in the amount of $906.42 ... This has not been processed/approved to date yet. Still pending.
I've made numerous calls to inquire on my withdrawal dated 7/21 which was approved on 7/27. I was told last week that a check was issued to me, yet I have received no tracking information. I have spoke to several reps which all give me different information. It shouldn't take this long to mail out a check. I need someone to take this seriously, I have been told things have been escalated, I have been told I should have my check by tomorrow - well, tomorrow comes- I still don't have it. I was told I would have tracking information updated by Monday- that was 3 days ago. I was told I'd have tracking on Friday- that was 5 days ago.I understand the Casino withdrawals process by business days. Well in that respect from the timelines I have given you- I am running on 14 business days now just on the first one.
Further I haven't seen my weekly VIP bonus, or VIP chips since mid July- I've been told it's because of my pending withdrawals. I have requested they be escalated so that I can continue to enjoy my VIP perks, and I've been told they have been, yet here I wait- no payments, no bonuses. I've continued to play in the Casino out of faith I would receive my funds- and I've received NADA.
I don't want to leave this Casino because it's so familiar to me, but I'm not feeling very VIP at the moment. It shouldn't be this hard to be paid. Please assist in helping resolve the reason for why my checks haven't been sent to me yet.
