Account closed without explanation and winnings not paid

Hi,

My casino account is closed and they are saying it is closed and cannot be reopened but I have winnings of 20000$ in the casino account and they not providing any proper information also. I need my winnings.

I am not able to chat as well with customer care. Whenever I chat with they are saying account is closed we can’t do anything but I have winnings in my planet7 casino account which they need to pay me.

Please help me with resolving this issue.
