My name is Tamisha < surname removed > & I’m really hoping that someone can help me out with my situation because I was just played like a slot machine by this casino and until I came across this website I felt hopeless - at least now, I feel like there is at least a chance that I will get justice because Planet 7 certainly did me wrong. This is what happened...

I was offered free spins from a bonus special Planet 7 was offering last week. I got lucky & put in a withdrawal (request) from. This particular bonus special carried a max cash out of $100. After submitting my withdrawal request I received a response from the casino (Laura) confirming my request to withdraw telling me that my required docs had been completed, gave me a reference # & advised me that it takes up to 5 (business) days to complete the process. Periodically I’d log into the casinio to inquire on the process and chat with reps to see how the process is moving along and each time a rep would check it out for me and let me know that my request has been received and is being processed - & never once did anyone make any mention any issues or concerns at all in regards to me or my account. I was just waiting patiently for the process to be complete because as far as I knew my money was coming soon.

In the meantime while waiting for my (1st) winnings, I decided to make a deposit Friday morning January 25, 2019 in the amount of $30 into this casino, I got lucky and won $2000 playing Empress Wu slot machine. After satisfying the required playthrough I made another withdrawal request to the casino, this time in the amount of $1070. Knowing that the withdrawal process takes several business days i waited to inquire about it but continued to play at this casino in the meantime with money that I left over in my account from my winnings from that day. The next day I attempted to contact Planet 7 to inquire about the status of either of my withdrawal requests. Upon reaching the log in page I entered in my log in credentials and got a message telling me that I am unable to log into my account. Immediately I jump into the chat screen to find out exactly what was going on. A rep finally joined my chat and I tried to find out what was going on only to be treated so rudely by being told, your account has been revoked and we are not telling you why and the rep immediately ended the chat before I could ask a single thing.

Still desperate for answers and very confused, I attempted to restart the convo and was joined by another rep who was just as bad as the one before! Only this rep told me that the casino can decide to disable/revoke accounts for no reason at all or any reason they want and they dont have to tell me why and just like the rep before him, before I could even begin to respond, he too was also gone - ended the chat. Highly frustrated and feeling extremely played, I decided to call the casino directly and talk to a person which I did and spoke to a lady who basically told me that my account had indeed been shut down and that I’d never be able to play therre ever again and that the casino does not have to offer a reason for it at all which means my winnings are totally out the window. So at that point all I wasnted to know was how do I get the monies that I deposited into it myself (totallying $90) back, only to be informed that they have no intentions on giving me back my money at all. So they just took my winnings and my money and kicked me to the curb with NO EXPLANATION! This is WRONG, SO WRONG on so many different levels and they get to get away with it because they are somewhere clear across the world and there are no laws that they have to follow that ensure fairness and safety of its players. They are free to play/cheat people any way they want and dont have to be accountable for it at all, so if there is ANY WAY that someone can help me with my situation I would be more than grateful for it. Ive been sick to my stomach behind this because I paid money to play and I won that money fair and square yet in the end, I got played the worst and they get to totally get away with murder simply because they don’t have to follow rules.

Your payment was sent off to our processor, yesterday: 2/23 Paid $1055 + no fees for transactions #124693012 ($100) / 124700018($955).
I would expect you'll find the funds in your account towards the end of this week.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested withdrawal amount, this is due to a bonus you received. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal.

Thank you for responding. After checking my email I do not see the email you sent, however on another note I did receive an email from Sophie yesterday regarding this matter that I responded to with my other banking information (from a mainstream bank) that you guys said that you can send the money to. I also asked if my process could be expedited somehow. Please let me know as soon as possible. I look forward to hearing back from you soon & appreciate your immediate attention regarding this matter.
