Account closed after trying to withdraw $2,300


My name is Ivan and I was waiting regarding a withdraw approval. I submitted all my correct documentation and it was verified on the 19th, its now 7/29 and I tried to login to see the pending withdraw and my account is now closed.

I used all my personal information. I see some review or complaints where people use different name debit cards, ect but I submitted all my information. There is an explanation to why my account is closed and support can't help me saying that I was just revoked without reasoning.

I tried calling the line but no one is available. I should've done my good deed and looked up the casino to know they scam people when they win but take peoples money without any issues.

We understand how frustrating these news might be but it's a casino decision based on many factors. I wish I could share with you the specific details but unfortunately, myself and my manager don't have access to that information.

Everytime someone wins you guys close their accounts
you have no factors
All my information was real and you guys are keeping my deposit
