Account Access Revoked

I have been waiting for 2 withdrawals to get approved. I was asked to fill out the verification forms, which I did. Several times actually. The other day I go to check on the status, and my account access what revoked. When I messaged to find out why they did not have an answer, just that it was irreversible. Now if they had an issue with my verification then they should of let me know but even in that situation its still an error, because I can guarantee that I am me. All my documents, photos, everything is real and legit. This is not the first time that they ever paid me either I have received a check from them in the past.

The reason your account was revoked is because it was discovered that A) you have another account opened with Planet 7 and B) you have a very long list of multiple accounts with other brands under our umbrella (this constitutes fraud).

5. Only one real account per Player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details) will not be eligible to receive any winnings, and all withdrawals will be cancelled.

12. The Casino reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation may be credited to you, however, the Casino reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your casino account in any circumstances including:
a. If there is evidence to suggest that you have more than one active account for the Casino;

Your winnings have been voided and your deposits have been sent for refund. Please know that refunds can take up to a few months to be received, due to third party processing.

I've sent all necessary evidence to AskGamblers management as proof what I've stated is accurate.
