30 days delay on payment
On 5/22 I requested a withdrawl of 1000 from Planet 7 Casino. I sent all the required documents on 5/23 which include id, credit card form, a picture of the debit card I make deposits with, my Bitcoin account information, I verified through hooyu.
Confirmation that all my required documents were received from planet 7 by their live chat agents.
In addition I received an email from Michael < surname removed > from Planet 7 on 5/24 confirming that all my documents were received and my account was fully verified.
Since 5/24 I’ve been following up on a daily basis with Planet 7 through their live chat option. Every single day since I my account was fully verified I received the same response from every single agent “my account will be escalated to the appropriate team and that u must wait 3 business days. I’ve already done this step probably 20 times already.
They refuse to let me speak to a manager over the phone. And they just advise me to be patient. It is now 30 days since my withdrawal date and I don’t see a solution to my problem. I don’t know what to do anymore.
