2nd time having to escalate my withdrawal
I always make sure I understand the terms/conditions & time frames of my withdrawals and usually don’t have any problems at planet7.
Recently, I am not sure why, it seems like I have to take extra time to contact customer service (multiple times), provide basic information, ask representatives for help, and do much more than I have had to do in the past in order to get my withdrawals.
I’m only providing this feedback in hopes that Planet 7 can help to improve the experience for their customers in the future. This is the 2nd time in a row that I have had to wait the expected time frame, request for an escalation, and then file a complaint.
