I have been trying to withdraw $2000 since Nov 1st 2021. My 1st attempt on Nov 1st was denied stating that I did not attach my Bitcoin address, which I did. I spoke with customer service that day & was told to resubmit my withdrawal attaching my address and that the timeline for withdrawal will restart again. I resubmitted another withdrawal on Nov 8th. Nov 15th it was denied again stating that I did not attach my Bitcoin address, which I did. I called & spoke with Morgan Peter who stated that he would email me and I was to reply with my Bitcoin address & he would make sure it was attached to the withdrawal. I did that. I received another email later that day stating my Bitcoin address had been verified but again the withdrawal process timeline would start over again and that the finance department is extremely behind but he would make sure my withdrawal was escalated to the finance department to be processed & if they need to speak with me they will call and/or email me. I asked as to why they never tried to communicate with me prior & he could not answer.

On Nov 22nd I was expecting it to be processed being that the last 2 attempts were denied within 7 days. Nothing. I spoke to customer service via chat & they said it was still within the timeframe to process and to wait 2 more days. On Nov 24th still says pending. I called & spoke with customer service & they stated they could not tell me when I would receive my payment bc they are behind. I asked by the end of the week, Nov 26, he couldn’t tell me or give me an eta and now it’s 24 days still says pending and I have no idea when I’m going to get my payment.

I do not understand why the withdrawal process timeline restarted each time, why I was never contacted in regards to my Bitcoin address and why Noone can tell me when I will receive my payment.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
