100 dollar withdrawal past 20 days


I've submitted documents and been approved. Its been 7 to 10 days I've been escalated for the second time. Now it's been 20 business days I' did change my bitcoin wallet then they said 10 days later they needed the address again today. So I sent them a new address both email and over chat it will be escalated now again the second time.
