I was waiting to receive my withdrawal since January. I requested a check payment of 1300.00 dollars after 3 weeks, I in contact with Planet 7 support, I chatted with the casino agent, I was my withdrawal was approved that I should payment within 7 or 10 days, the payment would be 1037.00 dollars. After waited 14 days NO Payment. Again I contacted Help @ Planet 7 for the status of my withdrawal of 1037.00 dollars they took out any fees that apply to the payment. I was told I had to send my banking detail for payment. I inform them that I request a check payment due to no satisfaction, I send them all my banking info for the wire transfer. I send my banking info twice still no payment. I contacted them again, I was told they would escalate my case to the finance department, this was the second time my case was escalated. On Feb. 17 when to sign in to my account. I couldn't because after chatting with an agent to find out my account was revoked WHY? I have played at this casino for years, at this time I was transferred to a payout specialist Meghan G. after explaining my case she told me CHASE bank does not allow for wire transfers due to restrictions which were a lie, I told her I have received wire transfers before from CHASE. After my conversation with she change her tune, Now she offer to escalate my case to their Finance Dept, Here we go again, Planet 7 and their sister casinos same old dirty tricks.
