Suspended account withheld funds

Pink casino suspended my verified account, and are holding my £2,000 withdrawal. I have sent many many emails and spoken via live chat, the reason given is “department reviewing the account”. They won’t tell me Why they are suddenly reviewing my account or tell me what department are reviewing it. This has been going on for 16 days now. All answers from Pink Casino are the same copy and pasted response “being reviewed”

Hi Askgamblers

Thought I would update you. I Emailed pink casino for an update today as I have not heard anything or a reply to my documents being sent on Thursday. I received an email back this afternoon saying, My account will be reviewed tomorrow , and I will received a response by end of day tomorrow (tues 5th dec)



Since Thursday I have noticed that I am no longer able to log into pink casino. Normally I could log into an error screen which showed my £2001 balance. Now it says wrong username, so looks like there has been some behind the scenes activity going on to block me out my account altogether.

I will update again after receiving my email from link casino tomorrow.

As per my message on here dated 24th November, which I also attached screen shots of me responding to the 10th November email and allowing access to my bank accounts.

Anyway..

Yesterday at 12.46pm I responded to it again, providing all documentation requested. Providing 3 months bank statements in PDF form. Also Proof of my income for August , September And October , also Statements of My 2nd Bank where that Income gets paid into. Giving exact dates income was received.

So the Documentation you are looking forward to from me, You received almost 28hrs ago.

As I have provided everything asked, I look forward to having my account reopened

There is an email on the 10th of November that you can also attach here where we requested the documentation and we gave you the option of replying to that email with it. You haven't provided anything so the case has been delayed as per your lack of collaboration.
