Account Issue and Payment Issue

Pink casino suspended my verified account, and are holding my £2,000 withdrawal. I have sent many many emails and spoken via live chat, the reason given is “department reviewing the account”. They won’t tell me Why they are suddenly reviewing my account or tell me what department are reviewing it. This has been going on for 16 days now. All answers from Pink Casino are the same copy and pasted response “being reviewed”

I deposited £400 on pink casino 28/05/2023 Sunday. I was playing lighting roullette within 15 minute or so of playing I won over 10k ,with in seconds of this big win my account had a pop up saying timed out and then I couldn’t get back into my account. It has now been 8 days I have had daily reply’s via chat and email telling me to just wait for there checks to be done. On Friday was told 72 hours and now Monday has come and now still nothing. I am very stressed in regards to this situation and it’s now playing a major role in my daily mental health due to the amount of money I am waiting for is a lot.
