I have placed withdraw request of rs 1727 on 28 December 2022. After that 30 December I placed complaint which I'd is Ts-516508.

Till today 9 January I haven't get my money. My account ID is 23992592.

When I go to live chat they only reply wait little more but they are not do any things. Why this happen. This much of long period is sufficient to solve any technical issues. But they are only waiting and nothing to do.

They allow deposits but withdrawal is not processed.

Please solve as soon as possible.
