I have placed withdraw request on 09-01-2023 of rs5080 today 13 January I haven't get my money. My account ID is 24140017

When I go to live chat they only reply wait little more but they are not do any things. Why this happen. This much of long period is sufficient to solve any technical issues. But they are only waiting and nothing to do.

Please help me regarding this issue, I really need your help.
