Can you kindly assist me, I have tried their support, they can't solve the problem they keep saying their technical team is working on the issue and it has not responded to them, I have sent everything that is needed for verification my account is verified successfully they confirmed via email, my problem is, I have made a widrawal of winnings but is not being processed on the status it keeps saying processing since I made the widrawal of my winnings on the 19th of December 2020 till today the 26th of December 2020 it has not been processed and there is no feed back as to what is the problem why they don't process my widrawal. They say their pending status takes up to 48 hours but mine is way over 48 hours, I have followed their procedure and requested a widrawal the same way I deposited my money I have used a bitcoin account to deposit and requested widrawal on the same account but am not receiving my widrawals.
My user account ID is 11642099, since they gave me sort of a reference number that they have lounged a query on their technical team and the reference of the query is TS-62590, till now when I asl support how far is the progress about fixing the problem they also don't know. May you kindly assist me
