I am writing to formally complain about the delay in crediting my account with a deposit I made on 22nd August 2024. I deposited INR 2000 to my Pin Up Casino account at 9:49 AM via UPI. The payment was successful on my end, but as of today, it has been five days and the amount has still not been credited to my account.
I have reached out to pin up support team multiple times, and the only response I have received is that the finance department is reviewing the transaction. This delay is unacceptable, and it is causing me significant inconvenience.

They have submitted a request to the payment system and are awaiting a response. Filing a complaint does not expedite this process. As soon as we receive the necessary information from the payment aggregator, we will inform you immediately in this discussion and via your email.
It's more than 7 days now. It is your issue you should manage payment system accordingly, clients shouldn't face issue because of your issues. Expedite the process in best possible way. Your support team has some templates they forward the same templates again again. I have not submitted complaint for fun.

It's about to be 15 days now. If you do not care customer complaints, if you do not expedite the payment process. What kind of service you are providing to your clients? You agent says I am your vip member and you are behaving like this. I have submitted the screenshot of payment. What are you waiting for ?? It's 2000 rupees, what would have happened if I had deposited lakhs of rupees? Do the needful asap

Unfortunately, your deposit was not credited - the operation has an unsuccessful final status. We recommend that you contact the bank to clarify details and search for the payment.
Payment was done from Google pay it was a successful transaction within a minute. How can it not reach to the recipient? I have also raised a charge back request with my bank. Let's see. But I think that your partner person (GAUTHAM JAIN) is misleading you. Check his bank statement.
We have reviewed this statement previously and provided it to the payment aggregator for investigation, to which we received a response that the deposit was not credited. Therefore, in order to submit a new request, we need additional confirmation from your bank about a successful deposit.
