Since the date 20.april I have not been able to make a withdrawal from Pin-up. I have more than 18.000 euros in my account. Prior to that I had verified my account and made several withdrawals which were approved without a problem. 20. april they started asking for more documents. Everytime my document is approved they are asking for a new one. Think I have sent 5-6 different documents proving my identity, address, telephone etc. Also they are asking for one document at a time, instead of asking for everything at once. Just slowing this down, and dragging everything out in time. If I have a question regarding their request, they are not even able to answer. Instead they are just replying with the same request again, giving me no extra information about what they are actually requesting. The latest request of them is a bank statement/cash flow of e-wallet used for deposit. This is not even possible to send since my deposits are using crypto. When I asked how I could give them that, they as always just replied with the same initial request again, instead of helping me out by explaining what they want. Their communication is terrible.

I have sent everything you have asked for. Using more than a month to verify my account is absolutely not normal practice. When this crypto document will be approved I guess you will just ask for something new absurd yet again, just to use even more time. Never have I experienced service like this from a bookmaker. I can't say about other documents whether they will be requested or not, as these are determined by the relevant specialists as needed. But from my own experience, I can say that you have already provided quite a lot of different information (if we are talking about 5-6 different documents), then the final of the verification is already close. I would like the case to be kept open until Pinup has paid out my money. They are using a week to respond to every query so this can take time. They are also most likely going to keep asking for documents, expecting me to give up in the end..

The fact is that 5 days - are working days. Weekends and holidays do not count towards this period. If you sent the last letter on May 23, then the specialists should respond within today
