My pin id 13238770. My name <full name removed>. I placed a withdrawal order on 18th Nov 2022 It is 8 days now I have still not received any amount in my Paytm wallet. If you want I can provide you with the screenshot of my Paytm wallet.

This is a seriously very bad way to break the trust of your customers.

I have been reaching the customer care assistant through chat, they are answering the same thing for the past 8 days. That the Payment system is a third-party application, and we cannot do anything, please be patient and wait, we have done our part, it is the payment system that is having problems. And that they cannot cancel the withdrawal.

How much time do I have to wait??

Now I don't want to withdraw, please transfer the money to my Pinup account. I will create another withdrawal request
