I created a withdrawal on the Date created

30-09-2022 14:24:19 for 17k and it has been almost 12 days. And giving the same reason as a delay in the payment system and waiting for an answer. Please transfer my withdrawal request to my Paytm.

And no response when calling on below-mentioned numbers.

Please get this resolved and don't give lame reasons and excuses as you guys claim you are a registered firm. Don't keep customer in dark. Please get this resolved.

Hello Pinup Team,

When we deposit and play we trusted in Pinup as it's a registered firm and we play.

We have no idea that payment system is not part of pinup and its third party.

No Technical issue in payment system will take 12 plus days to fix.

I'm still waiting for my withdrawal money. And for now no reply from your payment system.

I was told by your one of pinup agent they are asking what happened this one transaction on priority basis. Still no response.

Can you please make sure u get this transferd asap.

We played in your site because as per the update it says you are licensed company.
We have no relationship with your payment system.

It is your responsibility and job to make sure clients get their money when they request for withdrawal as promised.
Every Time we contact support, they create a New Ticket and say wait for 48 to 72 hours.
What is sole purpose of creating Ticket to resolve issue. Without resolving your support Team create another Ticket.

This is the third Ticket created for my withdrawal pending for 17000 INR.
Please make sure I get my money latest by Today.

We understand your dissatisfaction.
But the solution of financial issues may go beyond the usual time frame, as there are factors that are not completely dependent on us.

Hello Pinup Team,

I have been patient enough and listening to all your excuses and reasons and still waiting trusting I will get my withdrawal.

3 Tickets have been created and without resolving and your support Team not getting an answer from your so called payment system why they have to create 3 tickets . So you guys know what's the update and you are keeping clients in dark and making us wait.
If deposit can be immediate why noy withdrawal?

Serious on a note does it really need 16 days to solve withdrawal issue?
Just creating Ticket and asking us to wait what good is that gonna do.

What actions and steps you as licensed company has taken to solve this issue?
And why still we have to wait?

Cant You, Pinup casino on priority basis get this solved and gain trust?

Please, stop giving excuses and reasons and get this solved.

Regarding task TS - 454811, please provide a more readable screenshot of your payment. Unfortunately, with what you sent, the task cannot be considered.

Regarding your comment about withdrawal and deposit, we want to explain why there may be different terms for crediting money. The fact is that the deposit is a waste of your personal funds. A bank or an electronic wallet does not control whether you buy bread or replenish the casino - it's your money and your decision. But when you receive a withdrawal to your card, this is the receipt of third-party money, so such transactions undergo a longer verification process. That is why the terms for crediting withdrawals of funds differ from the terms for crediting deposits.

Hello Team,

Regarding task TS - 454811, please provide a more readable screenshot of your payment.

I have shared Email the one I received from Paytm which shows no transition for last month until date.

And along with that I have shared PDF bank statement of linked Bank account to Paytm . Not sure of what more you need to resolve this.

Please get this resolved. I am waiting for my withdrawal from 30th of September 2022 Noon.
