Not recieved my withdrawal even after 8 days no proper customer support response

I placed a withdrawal request on 2022-06-08 11:09:35 of amount 16046 INR. I still did not receive the payment. I contacted customer support and they are always saying "our Finance Department requested additional information from payment system. Our specialists are waiting for reply." They always give the same answer. They have raised a ticket TS-362904. But when ever I ask they say no response from the provider. Please help me in getting my money back 😭
