I have a basic verified account at Pin-Up so they accepted my ID and i verified my telephone number previously.
2nd of April: Pin-up forced me to go through additional verification. (They limited my bets to a joke amount and there is no withdraw option.)
Their online chat cannot provide any info about verification. They just communicate in email. But very slow. Usually takes 4-5 working days to reply to a simple email.
I usually reply to their emails in max. 2 hours. I have sent a requested selfie (approved), sent an internet bill (approved). Now they are asking for mobile SIM contract.
My answer was:
"My exclusively used mobile number is a part of a Business fleet. I have no authorization to see the the agreement or the contract. But 24/7 I’m the only one who is using this number."
After 2 emails (2 weeks) they are still asking for "balance details on the SIM card of the number specified in your profile during registration. (physical document with owner data and seals)"
Very important, that the online chat of Pin-Up said: I can use this number: "if you have access it, use it, no issue". I suggested if they need a private SIM i can buy one and we can modify the number connected to my account. No response. I asked for the all the remaining docs list in one email to speed up the process. No response.
I'm a real guy, no double accounts, no cheats. Just some luck and now my money is stuck. Please help me. Thanks
