Hi All,

I made a payment of Rs 30,000/- many days ago but that amount has still not been credited to my Pinup Account. Please help me get my money back immediately as it is a huge amount and Pinup support has not helped at all despite opening a Ticket TS-1081217 with them.

EHSAAN, When contacting the technical support chat on the website, please provide the ticket number TS-1081217 and specify the wallet number to which you made the deposit. This is necessary for us to be able to submit a new request to the payment aggregator to search for the deposit.

We see the recipient's email, but there may be other data about this transfer that we need to resolve the issue
Look in the app for any data other than the recipient's email, phone number, or the account number itself
If you cannot find this information, you will need to provide a statement in PDF format showing this deposit, then we will be able to look and resolve the issue

I am ready to provide each and every required information. I am attaching pdf statement of my account here. Also the payment screenshot is already attached.
I have not heard back from support yet after their recent email that asked me to share UPI id where I deposited money.

askgamblers Please help as they are totally denying this transaction of 30,000 rupees. The Upi id Spay.e­lon­tec­h@t­ime­cosmos belongs to them as I got this address at time of deposit. Now they are saying it does not belong to us. Please help
