I deposited 430inr and 448inr through Phonepe on 24.05.2024 and 01.06.2024 respectively. It has been more than 15 day and i have not received the balance in Pin-up Casino as well as it has not been returned to my bank account.

I have tried to reach Customer Support but they are just pushing the dates and not giving me any confirmation about the deposit.

I want to know if my deposit will be credited or returned. And how many more days will it take to be resolved, I want confirmation now.

Below this I am attaching the screenshot of the payment.

The customer care executive is saying that your experts are looking into it and it has been more than 15 days now, I have not received any of my deposits and both of the ticket that I have raised has not yet been resolved.

I have also checked this matter with my bank, they are clearly saying that the money has left my account and been deposited to the sent account.

The ticket I have raised - TS-1219983, TS-1241199.

Kindly resolve the matter as soon as possible

The exact same thing has happened again yesterday. The payment gateway is very bad and I will recommend my friends and family not to play in Pin-up Casino because what is happening is breaking trust of loyal customers.
I have deposited 300inr on 11/06/2024 and it has still not been credited to Pin-up account. I have not raised any ticket because it is of no use, they are going to say the same thing again and again.
I am attaching the screenshot of the payment below.

One deposit has been credited. We are still waiting for information from the payment provider regarding the remaining deposits.

Yes the first deposit of 430 inr has been credited to my Pin-up wallet.
There are 3 more deposits pending. Is not this a clear case of fraudulent? What else do you guys want me to believe?
Ticket numbers that I have raised against these deposits
1. TS-1241199 - 448 inr through Phonepe
2. TS-1274287 - 300 inr through Phonepe
3. TS-1275932 - 500 inr through Phonepe.
This is a clear case of fraudulent and I will recommend everyone not to use Pin-up Casino.
I am also attaching the copy of the deposits which clearly shows the transaction ID and everything else needed which also indicates that money has left from my Bank .

We do not accept deposits directly, like all other companies. We use payment aggregators. There are instances when funds "hang," and it is necessary to submit requests to the payment aggregator to locate your funds. This is not fraud but a glitch in the payment channel. Once the payment aggregator reviews our request and locates the deposit, they will resend the funds, and they will be credited to your account. You just need to wait a little, and in any case, once the issue is resolved, you will receive an email notification.

please ask your payment aggregator to do it fast because it has been more than 18 days now. And as for the new deposits, they are also not credited to my account till now. This is hard earned money that we invest in your online casino.
Every time the same glitch is happening? And now after all these GLITCHES I am afraid that i can not deposit any more money in your casino because I have lost my trust here.
Do something about the tickets I have raised as soon as possible.
