I deposit 4200 inr 4 days back nut amount not credit. 1st they asked to wait 24 hours. 24 hours passed than they asked wait 72 hours. 72 hours passed now they said wait the reply of payment team. I don't understand what is going on. No online casino taken as much time I also send my successful payment slip to Pin up casino. They just check with their bank with cross check UTR no.. But they put me on wait wait and wait.

Please help me in solve my issue.

My ticket number is TS-364829. I wait from last 5 days why pinup casino harassed their customer i dont know. I sent my succesful deposit screenshot also please check UTR number and match with your bank data but u unnecessary wait me why?? I used UPI method the fastest method in payment. Fastest method take 5 days... All other gambling site work properly never this kind of issue happened with me. I never wait for 5 days on any other site. They gave only one reply payment system is not under company.

i listen that from 5 days that waiting reply from payment team. Your payment team not listen you. What the payment system you have. You should change your payment system why you harassed your customer.? You just harassed nothing else. I think customer satisfaction is top priority,. Most of complaints on net is on Pin up casino. You just make your name down nothing else. This is a competition era. If you not provided good services customers just switch to other site nothing else.

Am waiting from 10 days. 10 days are not a small time. No site taken as much time as u taken. Just sit and said same answer. You just check bank statement and match with my UTR no.
