On 4th February at 9.49 A.M IST I deposited 1500INR to pin-up account through Google Pay. Google pay and bank has confirmed that it has successfully transferred to merchant i.e, pinup. But amount is not credited to pinup account nor refunded. I have submitted the screenshot to them but still money is not credited to the pin-up account.

Our specialists found out that this deposit was unsuccessful when credited
You can check the exact deadline for refunding payments in such cases with your bank from where you sent the money.
If the funds are not received within the time period regulated by the bank, then please write to us again and send us a card statement from the moment the deposit was made until the end of the regulated return period
It is also advisable to attach a screenshot of your conversation with bank specialists, asking them for information about the deadlines, so that it is clear what the standard return period is at your bank

I had a talk with Bank customer service representative they said it is successful at their end. But still they had taken a complaint for charge back. They didn't gave me any deadline.

Well, if the bank said that there will be no refund and everything is successful, then could you send us a screenshot of the correspondence with them (if you chatted) and also a bank statement from the moment the deposit was made to this day?
