I was deposited INR 10000 in pin-up casino on 23 May 2024. Transaction successfully completed from bank side but amount not credited my gaming account of pin-up casino site. I was raised complaint to customer support. Every time they just replied as finance department is checking and after 50 days said as payment unsuccessful. Kindly contact to bank. I was shared all proof of payment on transaction date. Now payment mediator and bank both says it's successfully completed. But pinup says not received. Complaint id from pinup: TS-1217250. How to solve issue now after bank and UPI app both says it's successfully completed?

Deposit amount successfully received in gaming account but this is not a satisfactory support given by pin-up casino. 75 days passed means a huge time taken to solved the issue. And the thing is pin-up casino was declared as transaction was failed and complaint closed. But after posting complaint in ASKGAMBLERS site then they focused on the issue and resolve it. It's really irritating situation facing in pinup casino.
I hope pinup will try to solve like this issues in given timeframe.
