After I played my balance up to about 1500 euros, my account was limited and I wanted to withdraw my balance. After going through normal verification I thought I could withdraw my balance but turns out I need to go through additional verification. This has been going on for almost one month now, and now they ask for an address document which has taken 5 days, and no reply to email...

The fact is that requests for additional verification are processed within 5 working days. Weekends and holidays are not included here. I sent an invoice from my mobile provider clearly stating my mobile provider and my number used on the casino, but now theyre asking for a contract with my mobile provider for some reason? I will now have to ask my mobile provider for this specific document as i cant find it on my loging on my provider...

I have no way of getting a contract type document with my mobile provider, i can only access invoices, i will attach a screenshot of a conversation i had with my mobile provider 'Ice Communications', in my invoices it clearly states my number and address and name, so i dont understand why a contract is needed....
