Pinup casino is a scam nowadays. I have deposited 10000 which has been not credited , while contacting there customer support, no one is replying, This casino is literally a scam, the behavior with vip players is such a pathetic.

No one is answering where is my money.

This casino is literally camming people by looting money.

Customer chat support is pathetic.

They will reply after an hour or 2 hours, off course they claim it w chat support.

No one will respond on chat support.

Dear askgamblers team,


Ask them to give us all the question in single reply, as my experience says that they will waste time again ajd again asking same questions.


Chat support staff is lieng each and everyday with all new bluffs.


They are bunch of people who lies and let you wait for 7 to 10 days.


Day by day withsame reply they dont even know where the payment is.

On 12th august imwas told, my issue is in final stage and it will be solved on same day.


Today is 14th and i am at same place.

Dear askgamblers team,


I would like to take you on the note that,

Money has been successfully delievered and the evidence for the same has been given to chat support of pin up.

Bank clearly shows that the reciever from pin up side has successfully get the amount.

Now by saying its a technical error, they are harassing me by holding my deposite.


I am verified vip member on pin up so there is no issue of verification or other thing.

Since last so many days the deposite and withdrawal system is not working properly.


For deposite and withdrawal i am submitting all the ecpvidence of screenshots of pin up profile which shows whn you win big, they wint alllw to withdraw amount and keep you playing.


Below are the attachments which shows deposite of 10000 made successfully and their reciever recieved it successfully.

Second is the screenshot in which it shows how they reject withdrawals when you win.

Dear askgambler team,


I would like to take this to your attention that the pin up is wastimg time for both of us.


They will take 2 to 3 days to reply and when they reply, they ask for more time.


As it is clearly shown that the money has been successfullysent to their payment processor,

The issue arrises at their side and they must pay me back my money with the compansation.


This is clearlya harassmentto player, holding money with no reason.


Kindly take a strict action againstthem and keep the user rating go down.
